1. Return/Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

In the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items bought during a “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale.”
- Custom-made or altered clothing.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within [5-7] working days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (please provide bank details securely).
5. Shipping Costs

For size changes or “change of mind,” a nominal return shipping fee of ₹200 may apply.
