Returns / Exchange Policy

At Fashnika, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return/Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought during a “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale.”

  • Custom-made or altered clothing.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within [5-7] working days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (please provide bank details securely).

5. Shipping Costs

  • For size changes or “change of mind,” a nominal return shipping fee of ₹200 may apply.
